摘要
在介绍文化和自然遗产保护基本理念以及国外在文化和自然遗产保护方面相关政策、法律的基础上,分析了我国在文化和自然遗产保护法律制度上的缺陷,并提出了相应的对策。
Through introducing the basic ideas of protection of cultural and natural heritage,researching related system and legislation in foreign countries,analyzing the flaws of legal rules in China on this problem,the author provides relevant solutions.
