摘要
介绍了核酸内切酶及其在基因工程中的应用,综述了人染色体、其它生物染色体显带概况,并对内切酶的显带机理进行了探讨.
The endonuclease and its application in gene engineering are reviewed,and the restriction endonuclease banding of human chromosomes,other mammals chromosomes and other organisms chromosomes are introduced.Furthermore,the mechanism and pattern of banding induced by restriction endonucleases are discussed.
