摘要
厦门是台商投资大陆最早和影响较大的城市之一.通过对厦门1 016条台企及其类型统计,并计算其地理集中指数;结合调查问卷和GIS技术,进行台企空间特征和台商投资厦门区位分析.研究结果表明:厦门的台企在空间分布上呈现岛内密集并逐渐向岛外迁移的趋势;在产业类型上以制造业为主,但其地理集中指数低于服务业;从台商投资区位选择角度分析,影响厦门台企分布的主要区位因子是市场、政策和环境,但近年来也面临着地区竞争和其他诸多不确定因素的制约,使得台企向厦门周边和其他地区迁移.
It was as early as in 1980′s that Taiwan Residents investments began to flew into Xiamen.Geographic concentration indexes of Taiwan Residents enterprises in Xiamen were calculated,and by social surveys and GIS technology,spatial characteristics and location of these enterprises analyzed.Results indicate that the enterprises,which have been highly concentrated in Xiamen Island,now began to show a trend of constantly migrating out.The study also shows that the enterprises were mainly manufacturing type,with a lower geographic concentration index than services.For Taiwan Residents enterprises,market,policy and environment were the three main considerations in location choice,the trend of migrating out can be attributed to competition newly emerged in recent years.
