摘要
糖尿病是一种由多种因子引起的疾病,常伴有视网膜病变、肾病、神经病变、心肌病及严重的血管机能障碍。目前,糖尿病的病因尚未清楚,因此,该病无法得到根本性治疗。牛磺酸是一种氨基酸,具有多种生物学功能,最近的研究表明牛磺酸是一种抗氧化剂,是探索出治疗糖尿病及其并发症的一种新途径。
Diabetes mellitus is a multifactorial disease associated with the development of retinopathy,nephropathy,neuropathy,cardiomyopathy,and severe vascular dysfunction.At present,the etiology of diabetes was not clear,therefore,the disease can not be a fundamental treatment.Taurine is an amino acid with a variety of biological functions.Recent studies indicated that taurine has antioxidant activity,which expore a new way for clinical treatment of diabets.
