摘要
本文采用旋转回归设计 ,对影响 ABS/硅油混合体系及其制品性能的各种因素进行了比较深入的研究 ,并比较其力学性能、摩擦性能、润滑性能、燃烧性能和耐热性能 ,发现在体系中加入硅油确实使体系在摩擦性、润滑性、耐燃性和力学性能上有较大幅度的提高 ,对最后确定制作轿车门立柱、门内基板等内饰件
In this paper,by using rotational regression design,the factors which affect the properties of ABS/silicon oil blends are studied in detail.By comparison,it is found that by adding silicon oil, the property of friction、lubrication、flame-resistance and mechanics of the blends is increased rapidly.Finally the recipe and blending technology used to manufacture inner assembly parts of automobiles are defined.
