钛液的水解工艺条件影响成品的质量。通过水解工艺条件的优化,解决了水洗物料的穿滤问题,并提高成品的质量。分析了影响水解的因素,进行优化正交试验,列举了试验经果,并介绍了评价水解偏钛酸质量的一种简易方法。
The quality of TiO_2 pigment is a function of hydrolysis technology of titanium sulfate solution. The optimization of hydrolysis technology could overcome the through penetrating of washed matter and improve the quality of end product. This report discussed the factors affecting hydrolysis, listed the test results from optimized experiments and gave a simple measure of evaluating the quality of metatitanic acid solution.
