摘要
基础工程在整个高层建筑建设中意义重大,故需选择出最优的基础型式。本文结合工程实例,对某工程基础可采用的三种基础型式,从施工工期、工程造价、施工技术难易程度和长期社会效益等方面行了经济技术分析和比较,选择出了技术可行、安全可靠、经济合理的基础方案—桩-承台基础方案。
Foundation engineering is of great significance in the construction of the whole high-rise building, theretbre the optimal foundation form should be chosen. Based on an example, the paper presents an economical and technological analysis and comparison of the three optional foundation schemes from the following aspects including type construction period, construction cost, construction difficulty and long-term social benefits. Finally, the platform-on-pile scheme, which is practicable, safe and economical, has been selected.
