头孢曲松的药物利用评估 被引量：3

摘要 目的建立头孢曲松药物利用评估(drug use evaluation,DUE)的标准并应用该标准对临床头孢曲松的使用情况进行评估。方法通过DUE标准基本框架的构建,参考权威资料,建立头孢曲松的DUE标准。采用回顾性和前瞻性分析方法对某院头孢曲松使用病例进行DUE。结果所建立的DUE标准基本框架涵盖了医、药、护三方对药物治疗过程和用药结果的责任;回顾性DUE结果中有10项没有达到期望目标,采取改良措施进行干预后的前瞻性DUE结果中没有达到期望目标的项目下降至5项,与干预前没有达到期望目标的项目相比,干预后相关项目符合标准百分比均有一定程度提高,其中5项具有统计学差异。结论开展DUE,有利于促进临床药物的合理使用。
