摘要
目的:研究微波对釉质、牙本质和牙骨质表面结构形态的影响。方法:以不同剂量微波照射30个离体双尖牙,采用扫描电镜观察其表面形态的变化。结果:合适剂量微波可使三种组织表面产生散在性形态不规则凹窝结构。过量微波可使组织造成不同程度的损伤。结论:微波照射作为粘结时牙面活化处理具有临床意义,并提供合适剂量的微波照射参数。
Objective: To investigate the effect of microwave on surface morphology of enamel,dentin and cement. Method: Thirty premolars were collected and treated by microwave with different irradiation energy. The surface morphology of enamel,dentin and cement of the teeth were examined with SEM.Another four premolars were used as control. Result: Irregular concavelike structure was found on the surfaces after being treated with microwave at the dosage of 6080 mA and more concave and fissure were found at the dosage of more than 80 mA.Conclusion: Microwave,as a method of tooth surface disposal before adherence,should be used with suitable level of energy.
