外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨使用外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法 2006年7月至2010年6月采用单边跨关节外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折28例,按AO分类标准,B2型5例,B3型9例,C1型6例,C2型4例,C3型4例,均采用单边跨关节外固定架治疗,其中部分病例辅以克氏针撬拨复位。结果所有患者均获得随访,平均12个月（4-20个月）,骨折全部愈合,时间3-6个月（平均4.5个月）。3例患者术后有不同程度钉道感染。腕关节功能采用Dienst功能评定标准评分,优20例,良8例。结论单边跨关节外固定架是治疗桡骨远端粉碎骨折的一种较好的治疗办法,复位良好,固定牢固,操作简单,疗效确切。
