摘要
在顺丁橡胶生产工艺中,使用填充油作为填充剂代替丁二烯;用调节剂法生产基础胶,即在Ni-AL-B三元催化剂体系中添加第4组分(羟基物),调节催化剂配比合成高门尼粘度基础胶。结果表明,该工艺能够有效地调节基础胶的相对分子质量,使高门尼基础胶生产简便易行、控制灵活、门尼粘度高、充油性好、性能稳定。并且在一次充油工艺的基础上,采用间断二次充油工艺,可明显提高基础胶充油的合格率。
In cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production process,extended oil is used as the filler instead of butadiene;modifier is used to produce base rubber,viz.to add the forth component(hydroxyl) into the Ni-AL-B catalyst system to modify catalyst composition to synthesize high Mooney base rubber.The result shows,this process can efficiently modify the relative molecular weight of the base rubber,and thus make the high Mooney base rubber production simple in operation,flexible in control,high in Mooney viscosity,good in oil extension,and stable in performance.Based on the primary oil extension,application of batch secondary oil extension process can significantly improve up-to-standard rate of base rubber oil extension.
