摘要
内燃机的气门弹簧是承受高频振动交变载荷的圆柱压缩弹簧,它的好坏直接关系到内燃机的工作性能。通过对遗传算法的研究,构造了内燃机气门弹簧的数学模型,通过编码的方法对其进行了寻优设计。计算实例表明:遗传算法用于内燃机的气门弹簧优化设计可获得较好的参数优化设计结果,与传统的优化方法相比,该方法具有工程实用价值。
The valve spring of gas engine is the cylinder compression spring under high frequency vibration and alternating load,it directly affects the performance of gas engines.In this thesis,we create a mathematical model of gas engine valve spring based on the genetic algorithm,and carry out the optimization design through the method of coding.The example of calculation shows that: genetic algorithms for optimization of gas engine valve spring can obtain better optimization results of design parameters.Compared with the traditional optimization methods,the result is more engineering practical for optimize design.
