摘要
边缘化员工的存在对公司业绩会产生较大的负面影响,如何控制并最大程度降低边缘化员工产生的概率是公司人力资源管理中的重要内容。根据对江苏XL公司的调查,分析得出其在发展中存在的问题是公司大量边缘化员工的存在所致。在对该公司边缘化员工的产生进行剖析后提出从公司和员工个人两个角度对边缘化员工进行管理的办法。
The existence of marginalized employees will have a greater negative impact on the performance of company.How to control and minimize the probability of marginalized employees is an important part of human resource management(HRM) in the company.Based on an investigation of Jiangsu XL Company and an analysis on the existing problems in its development,the paper argues that the main cause lies in the existence of a large number of marginalized employees.With the generation of marginalized employees in the company analyzed,the paper suggests that the marginalized employees should be managed from the perspectives of both the company concerned and the individual employee.
