摘要
从三方面对纯毛巴厘纱制作的工艺进行探讨.第一是保证毛纱截面根数在允许的最低范围内合理选择羊毛原料.第二是合理地选择设备和工艺流程,混条后增加精梳工艺,采用6道针梳的工序流程,目的是进一步去除短纤维,改善长度离散,通过梳针梳理使纤维更平行顺直.第三是设计合理的工艺参数,通过并合改善毛条和粗纱的条干均匀.
The production process of wool voile yarn was discussed from the following three aspects：firstly,to select wool material reasonably,guaranteeing the fiber number per cross section within the lowest allowed;secondly,to select equipment and process reasonably,adopting combing process employing six gill boxes so as to further remove the short fibers,improve the length discreteness and produce more aligned fibers;thirdly,to set reasonable process parameters and to mix the slivers to improve the evenness of wool slivers and roving.
