以硫酸亚铁为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,先制成氢氧化亚铁沉淀。再用碳铵使其转化为碳酸亚铁,然后通空气并加入复合添加剂,将碳酸亚铁氧化成透明铁黄。在275~300℃下烧烧透明铁黄45~60分钟,制得透明铁红。本文叙述了该颜料的制备工艺、反应的最佳条件和产品的分析数据。讨论了微细α-FeooH、杂晶Fe_2O_4的生成条件,以及煅烧温度的选择。
The title pigments have been developed, which contain ferrous sulfate as main component, NaOH as precipitant to give ferrous hydroxide precipitate, then converted by use of amonium carbonate to ferrous carbonate and oxidized by air and compound additives to form transparent iron oxide yellow, which can be converted to transparent iron oxide red at 275-300℃ for about one hr. This article described the manufacturing process, the optimum parameters and product analysis and disscussed the technology forming fine α-FeOOH and heterocrystal Fe_3O_4 as well as the selection of calcinating temperature.
