摘要
本文着重介绍协商民主理论的内涵,分析在中国推动协商民主实践的必要性,并具体地从完善人民代表大会制度、转变政治协商会议的职能、推进基层协商民主形式多样化以及着力培育公民精神等方面给出了在中国实践协商民主的路径选择。
This paper mainly focuses on the meaning and characteristics of deliberative democracy theory,then analyses the necessity of practicing deliberative democracy in China,at last,this paper gives some specific paths through which the practice of deliberative democracy in China can be promoted,these paths including reforming the people＇s congress system,changing the functions of the Chinese people＇s political consultative conference and promoting the diversity of the form of local practice of deliberative democracy and cultivate civil spirit in China.
