摘要
目的:观察洁悠神对儿童脓疱疮的治疗效果.方法:选用洁悠神和百多邦分别为治疗组和对照组进行治疗,治疗4d后,观察皮损的消退情况、自觉症状、菌检和(或)培养结果.结果:洁悠神组:痊愈25例(69.44%),显效6例(16.67%),好转4例(11.11%),无效1例(2.78%);百多邦组:痊愈10例(27.78%),显效13例(36.11%),好转7例(19.44%),无效6例(16.67%).结论:洁悠神的疗效优于百多邦.
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Jieyoushen in the treatment of children impetigo. Methods：The treatment group（n=36）were treated with Jieyoushen and the control group（n=36）were treated with Mupirocin Ointment.After treating 4 days,observation the regression of skin lesions and the results of bacteria examination and（or）culture.Results：In Jieyoushen group：25 patients were cured （69.44%）,6 patients had obvious effectiveness（16.67%）,4 patients were improved（11.11%）,1 patients gained no effect（2.78%）.In Mupirocin Ointment group,10 patients were cured（27.78%）,13 patients had obvious effectiveness（36.11%）,7 patients were improved（19.44%）,6 patients gained no effect（16.67%）. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Jieyoushen is more than Mupirocin Ointment.
