由聚氨酯预聚物,丙烯酸交联剂和光引发剂安息香丁醚制备的聚氨酯涂料,在紫外光照射下迅速固化。本文介绍了该涂料的合成工艺、光固化试验及性能测试结果。讨论了湿膜存放时间、光敏剂用量和紫外光灯距对涂层性能的影响。
A UV-curable polyurethane coating prepared with urethane prepolymer, acrylate croselinker and photoinitiator-benzoin butyl ether has been developed. This paper described the synthesis of the paint, UV-curing test and performance testing methods, discussed the effects of wet film retension time, dosage of UV sensitizer, curing time and distance between film and UV tubes on the film performances.
