摘要
应用扭辫分析法跟踪固化过程,讨论了影响氨基醇酸树脂力学性能的因素。结果表明,在保证充分固化的前提下,适当降低固化温度、缩短反应时间、减少催化剂用量,有利于提高涂层性能。用部分醚化的三聚氰胺作交联剂,涂层硬度较完全醚化的交联剂要高。
The curing process was followed by torsion-braid analysis. The factors affecting the mechanical properties of amino-alkyd resin have been discussed. It has shown that proper reduction of curing temperature, reaction time and dosage of catalyst, promising thorough crosslinking can help improve the film properties.
