摘要
目的探讨阴道探头在经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺术中的应用价值。方法使用阴道探头经直肠超声引导行前列腺穿刺活检110例,对穿刺过程、穿刺活检超声图像及穿刺后结果资料进行回顾分析。结果 110例患者均顺利由阴道探头经直肠超声引导行前列腺穿刺活检术,取材满意,活检诊断明确,其中前列腺癌68例,阳性率为61.82%。结论以阴道探头代替专用直肠超声探头引导前列腺穿刺活检,操作简便,图像清晰,引导穿刺目标准确,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy with vagina probes.Methods 110 patients underwent transrectal ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy with vagina probes, a retrospective analysis of records of the biopsy course,the biopsy ultrasound imaging and post ultrasound examinations were carried out.Results 110 patient were satisfactory of undergoing transrectal ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy with vagina probes,with biopsy samples of satisfaction,and clear diagnosis,of 68 patients diagnosed with prostatic cancer,the positive rate was 61.82%. Conclusion A vaginal probes is used to take the place of the rectum ultrasound probe in ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy,this has the advantages of simple, clear imaging and clear ultrasound-guided biopsy.It is worthy of recommendation.
