Rho蛋白信号通路和神经元树突重塑

摘要 神经元树突重塑是神经元正常生长发育关键环节。实验证明Rho GTPase信号通路在神经元树突重塑过程中发挥着重要的作用。Rho GTPase是神经元细胞骨架形成的关键性调节因子,作为信号转导通路中的信号转换器和分子开关,它可以作用于细胞骨架或其靶蛋白,影响肌动蛋白的聚合与肌球蛋白的激活,从而影响神经元树突重塑。本文将重点介绍Rho GTPase的下游传导途径以及它在神经元树突重塑过程中所发挥的重要作用。
