摘要
目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折的手术疗效。方法回顾分析应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗23例老年骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,其中男8例,女15例。年龄63～87岁,平均72.6岁。EvansⅡ型8例,Ⅲ型12例,Ⅳ型3例。结果术后随访6～24个月,平均13个月。骨折愈合时间为3～10个月,平均3.5个月;髋关节功能评定根据Harris疗效标准进行评定,优14例,良7例,可1例,差1例,优良率为91.3%。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折创伤小,固定牢靠,骨折愈合时间短,可早期床上或离床活动,关节功能恢复满意,是老年骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of osteoporosis between trochanter fracture of femur in senile with locking proximal femoral plate.Methods 23 cases with osteoporosi between trochanter fracture of femur in senile were performed with locking proximac femoral plate.There were 8 males and 15 females whose age ranged 63 to 87 years old,averaged 72.6 years old.According to Evans classification：8 cases was Ⅱ,12 cases was Ⅲ,3 cases was Ⅳ.Results ll cases had been followed up for 6 months-24 months,with the average of 15 months.It was from 3 to 10 months with a mean time of 3.5 months for all cases of fracture to unite.Joint function recovered well.The recovering to superior rate was 91.3%.Conclusion Locking proximal femoral plate has a preferable clinical value in the treatment of osteoporosi between trochanter fracture of femur in senile,with simple operation,solid fixation,short time of fracture to heal.
