摘要
托管架是浅海管道铺设中的重要辅助设备之一,文章介绍了胜利油田油建公司自行设计制造的托管架的结构组成和性能参数,对托管架进行了有限元模拟计算,设定了6个工况,计算得出了各部分结构的应力情况,对托管架、A字架和侧拉杆结构进行了相应的优化,优化后的结果满足强度要求。通过对各种方案的比较,提出了一些建议。
Stinger is an important auxiliary device in offshore pipelaying vessel.In this paper the structure and performance of the stinger designed and made by Shengli Oilfield Construction Co.is introduced.In EFM simulative calculations for 6 cases,the stresses at each part of the stinger are obtained.The structural optimization of the stinger,'A' shaped frame and side tension rods is conducted and the strengths of the optimized structures meet relevant criteria.Some suggestions are offered after comparing several scenarios.
