摘要
对云南个旧某极低品位微细粒自然铋进行了浮选工艺研究。根据试样中自然铋品位极低且嵌布粒度微细的特点,采用硫化矿混浮-粗精矿抑硫浮铋铜-铋铜分离的全浮选工艺流程,最终获得了含铜18.66%、回收率33.27%的铜精矿和含铋21.70%、回收率44.37%的自然铋精矿。结果表明,浮选药剂GYZM是自然铋的选择性抑制剂。
Flotation technique of a native bismuth ore from Gejiu of Yunan Province was studied.Based on the mineral properties such as extra-low grade and fine dissemination size,a full floation flowsheet consisting of a bulk flotation,a bismuch-copper flotation by depressing sulfur and a bismuch-copper separation was adopted,thereafter,a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 18.66% and 33.27%,respectively,and a native bismuth concentrate with bismuth grade and recovery of 21.70% and 44.37%,respectively,were obtained.The results indicate as well that GYZM is a high selective depressant for native bismuth.
