摘要
现实中的股份制之所以不规范化,是因为企图绕开国有企业股份化所遇到的两大难题。股份制在我国推行,必须进行制度创新而不是制度改良。推行股份制要以产权制度的根本性变革为前提,它既不能照搬西方的股份制模式,也不能与股份制的基本原则相悖。据此,作者提出了改革思路。
China's share-holding system does not conform to the standard because ofthe attempt to bypass two key problems confronting the state-run enterprises inthe process of instituting the share-holding system.China must undertake such asystem on the basis of restructuring its political and economic systems,rather thanamending the existing systems.Introduction of the share-holding system,which depends on a revolution in the property system,can not be achieved by copyingthe western share-holding system models.On this basis,the author proposes ref-orm-oriented ideas.
