摘要
科技型中小企业在国民经济中的地位和作用毋庸置疑,然而,资金短缺、融资困难一直是影响和制约其发展的最大瓶颈。文章通过对我国科技型中小企业进行界定,对其融资渠道特别是外源性融资渠道进行梳理,以使相关企业和部门充分认识、利用现有渠道并对其进行完善和创新,最终满足融资需求。
HI-TECH SMEs play an important role in our national economy.But the financial problem becomes the ＂bottle-neck＂,blocking their expanding fleetly.This paper defines the HI-TECH SMEs in China and analyzes the financing channels,especially exogenous financing channels in order that relevant enterprises and departments can be fully aware of,utilize them to meet the requirement of financing.
