摘要
目的:探讨氯吡格雷对急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者炎症因子的影响。方法:入选我院心内科住院,且确诊为AMI患者50例,随机分为两组:A组:阿司匹林组25例,B组:阿司匹林加氯吡格雷组25例,分别测定两组用药前、后血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平,并作对比分析,另外选择我院健康体检者25例为C组(正常对照组)。结果:治疗前A组、B组较C组hs-CRP[(9.98±1.00)mg/L∶(10.33±0.79)mg/L∶(0.81±0.20)mg/L]、sICAM-1[(443.73±20.79)ng/ml∶(458.30±28.26)ng/ml∶(121.22±15.95)ng/ml]水平显著升高(P<0.01)。治疗7d后,A组、B组较治疗前hs-CRP[(6.69±0.73)mg/L∶(9.98±1.00)mg/L,(5.20±0.76)mg/L∶(10.33±0.79)mg/L]、sICAM-1[(273.71±12.48)ng/ml∶(443.73±20.79)ng/ml,(231.80±21.13)ng/ml∶(458.30±28.26)ng/ml]水平显著下降(P<0.01),且B组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:结果提示氯吡格雷可减轻动脉炎症反应,具有抗炎作用。
Objective:To explore effect of clopidogrel on levels of inflammatory factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Fifty patients who were diagnosed as AMI in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(aspirin group,n=25),group B(aspirin plus clopidogrel group,n=25).Another 25 normal persons were regard as normal control group.Levels of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1(sICAM-1) were measured in three groups before and after treatment.The results were compared and analyzed later among three groups.Results:Before treatment,the hs-CRP levels in group A、B [(9.98±1.00) mg/L,(10.33±0.79) mg/L] significantly increased than that of group C [0.81±0.20) mg/L],the sICAM-1 levels in group A、B [(443.73±20.79) ng/ml,(458.30±28.26) ng/ml] also significantly increased compared with C group [(121.22±15.95) ng/ml],P0.01 all.After treatment 7d,levels of hs-CRP in group A、B [(6.69±0.73) mg/L,(5.20±0.76) mg/L]significantly decreased than before treatment[(9.98±1.00) mg/L,(10.33±0.79) mg/L],and sICAM-1 levels in group A、B [(273.71±12.48) ng/ml,(231.80±21.13) ng/ml]significantly decreased compared with before treatment [(443.73±20.79) ng/ml,(458.30±28.26) ng/ml],P0.01 all,and it's more significant in group B(P0.05).Conclusion:The results suggest clopidogrel could reduce artery inflammatory reaction,possesses anti-inflammatory function.
