摘要
目的观察鼻腔冲洗结合补中益气汤加减治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法变应性鼻炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组100例:鼻腔冲洗结合补中益气汤加减治疗,对照组100例用西医疗法。结果治疗组近期疗效:显效率65%;总有效率99%;对照组近期疗效显效率44%,总有效率80%。治疗组远期疗效:显效率38%,总有效率68%;对照组远期疗效显效率10%,总有效率38%。x2检验,近期疗效、远期疗效、显效率、有效率差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论中西医结合方法治疗变应性鼻炎疗效稳定、显著,不易复发。
Objective To explore the effective ways of nasal wash and Buzhongyiqi Tang toteat allergic rhinitis.Methods Patients of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and contrd group.The treatment group with Nasal wash and Buzhongyiqi tang;the control group on western medicine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 99% and was obviously higher than that in control group which was 80% after one month.The total effective rate in treatment group was 68% and was obviously higher than that in control group which was 38% after one year.Compare with the twe groups,the effect was obvious diffent.Conclusion Allergic rhinitis treated with Nasal wash and Buzhongyiqi tang is better than single western medicine treatment.It has better clinical applied value.
