摘要
构造了一种新缓冲算子,并证明其为弱化缓冲算子,最后将其应用于科技管理数据分析中。结果表明:新构造的算子预测精度高于刘氏弱化缓冲算子,从而拓宽了弱化缓冲算子的应用范围。
Based on the present theories of buffer operators,we propose in this paper several kinds of buffer operators,which all have the universality and practicability.First,we prove them to be weaking buffer operators,and at the same time we give an example to illustrate our theory,which is very useful in the qualitative analysis in some extent.
