摘要
阿瓦提前陆盆地位于塔里木盆地西北部。在新生代柯坪山脉以北东向的沙井子断裂为主滑面剧烈向南东方向逆冲,在沙井子断裂南东侧沉积了巨厚的新生代地层,且向南东方向急剧减薄,形成典型的不对称挠曲沉积盆地,这种盆地是大陆板块碰撞形成陆相盆地后,再次发育在造山带前缘的前陆盆地,它发育的大地构造位置和时间以及成因与周缘前陆盆地和弧后前陆盆地均不相同,可称之为陆内前陆盆地。阿瓦提前陆盆地具有良好的含油气远景,可进一步划分为三个油气聚集区带:沙井子断裂油气聚集带、阿恰断裂油气聚集带、阿瓦提前缘隆起(乌鲁桥—阿拉尔)构造油气聚集带。
Awat foreland basin locates in the northwestern Tarim basin, which has
experienced different periods of structural evolution. Kalpin mountain was thrusted violently to
southeast along NEtrend Shajingzi fault as its major slip plane in Cenozoic, and gigantic thick
Cenozoic sediments in southeastern side of Shajingzi fault was formed with thickness reducing
rapidly to the southeast, finally forming a typical unsymmetrical flexure sedimentary basin.
Based on its geotectonic position, developing time and origin, Awat basin, a new kind of
foreland basin, can be named as intracontinental foreland basin', which possesses favorable
geologic conditions for hydrocarbon accumulating. It is classied into three oil/gas prospective
belts: Shajingzi fault belt, Aqal fault belt and Awat forebulge (Wuluqiao-Alaer) structural belt,
among which Shajingzi fault belt is the most favorable area for oil/gas exploration.
