摘要
目的咽鼓管置管术的临床应用提供解剖参数。方法对61具(122侧)成人尸体的咽鼓管(31具纵切,30具横切)进行解剖,分别对咽鼓管咽口、峡部、鼓室口及咽鼓管各段的长度进行了解剖学测量并统计分析。结果获得咽鼓管的各项解剖参数。结论咽鼓管的各项解剖参数的测量有助于咽鼓管置管术的临床操作提供理论基础。
Objective To provide anatomical parameters of Eustachian tube for its clinical catheterization application.Methods The anatomical measurement items of the Eustachian tube of 61 adult specimens were made,including distance angle,diameter and length of isthmus,pharyngeal ostium and tympanic mouth of Eustachian tube,and then the data obtained was analyzed.Results The anatomical parameters of Eustachian tube were obtained.Conclusion The measurement of the anatomical parameters of the Eustachian tube can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical practice of the Eustachian tube catheterization.
