摘要
介绍了吉林石化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)在内胎制品方面的研制情况。胶料配方以丁基胶(IIR)为主,并用部分吉林石化J-2070、J-2080。配方最终确定为(质量份):IIR 75;EPDM25;ZnO 5;硬脂酸0.8;硫磺1.5;促进剂2.0;补强填充剂65;软化剂30。试制的内胎制品各项物性指标性能良好,符合厂家要求,且并用吉化EPDM的制品性能略优于并用国外牌号橡胶制品,完全可以替代进口。
The application of Jihua Company＇s EPDM rubber in automobile inner tube was intuoduced in this paper.The optimal formula of EPDM stock was determined as follows（as parts）：IIR 75,EPDM（J-2070,or J-2080）25,ZnO 5,stearic acid 0.8,S 1.5,accelerant 2.0,reinforcing filler 65,softener 30.The mechanical properties of the inner tube are good,and are accordant with the requirements of user.
