摘要
制备了镁铝共沉淀催化剂,并将其应用于丙酮气固相缩合制备异佛尔酮反应。反应结果表明,在290℃,0.1 MPa,丙酮进料空速为1.0 h-1的反应条件下,该催化剂表现出好的初活性(42%)和主产物选择性(81.4%),但随反应时间的延长,催化剂出现明显的失活。利用XRD、SEM、TG和N2物理吸附等方法对新鲜和失活后催化剂进行表征,发现催化剂的失活与催化剂的结晶度变差,催化剂表面发生的明显团聚和积碳有关。
Mg-Al catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method and applied in the synthesis of isophorone by acetone aldol condensation.It was found that the catalyst had good performance with high initial acetone conversation(42%) and selectivity of isophorone(81.4%) at 290℃,0.1MPa and WHSV= 1.0h-1.However,the catalyst deactivated evidently with the reaction proceeding.The fresh and spent catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TG and N2 physical adsorption.The results showed that the deactivation of the catalyst was related to the catalyst weakened crystallization,the evident agglomeration on the catalyst surface,and carbon deposition on the catalyst.
