有限内固定结合跨关节外固定架治疗Ⅲ型Pilon骨折 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨外固定支架联合使用有限切开内固定治疗Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法 2002年5月至2007年3月采用此种方法治疗Ⅲ型Pilon骨折37例,男22例,女15例;年龄19～59岁,平均37.6岁。结果所有病例均获随访,随访时间7～22个月,平均12个月。骨折全部临床愈合,采用Teeny等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统,优30例,良5例,可1例,差1例。结论外固定支架联合有限切开内固定治疗Ⅲ型Pilon骨折是一种较佳方法,能减轻局部软组织的压力,避免局部软组织肿胀缺血坏死等一系列并发症的发生,具有操作简单、固定牢靠、创伤小以及软组织血运破坏少等优点,能促进骨折愈合,且术后关节功能恢复良好,疗效满意。
