摘要
目的:建立鱼腥草素钠栓有关物质的检查方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱采用以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相为乙腈-水-10%四丁基氢氧化铵(75:125:0.6);检测波长283nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:通过辅料干扰试验,高温、光照、过氧化氢、酸和碱的破坏性试验等一系列试验证明了该方法的专属性和耐用性。结论:该方法能够较好控制本品有关物质。
Objective:To establish the method for relate substance of suppository. Methods:The method was carried by HPLC,The analytical column was C18 column; mobile pase: acetonitrile : H2O : 10% tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (75 : 125 : 0.6) ;The detection wavelength was 283mn ,The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results :Pass disturb trial,high temprature.illuminaion,H2O2,acid destroy and alkali destroy trial and so on, Prove the method has good ecificity and serviceability. Conclusion:This method can control the ralate substance of this substance.
