摘要
目的观察肾四方加减联合氯沙坦治疗脾肾气虚证的原发性慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法收集符合诊断标准的患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予氯沙坦100 mg/d口服治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肾四方,温服,2次/d。两组疗程均为3个月,观察两组治疗前后症候积分、尿常规和24 h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗后,治疗组总积分下降明显,优于对照组(P<0.01);对于两组在治疗后腰脊酸痛、疲倦乏力、水肿、纳少脘胀等症候平均积分的比较,治疗组亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时治疗组尿蛋白减少也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾四方加减联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿脾肾气虚证有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂the Ye＇s fourth kidney decoction＂ plus Losartan in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group.Subjects in the control group were given losartan 100 mg/d po,while the subjects in the treatment group was orally given ＂the Ye＇s fourth kidney decoction＂ plus the losartan 100 mg/d,with a course of 12 weeks.24 hours urinary protein,the symptom score was analyzed for evaluation before and after treatment.Results Before the treatment,the differences of the mean total score of symptom and the score of every main symptoms between two groups were inappreciable.After the treatment,the mean total score of symptom in treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group.The total effective rates were 85% and 50% in the treatment group and control group,with significant difference between the two groups;and there were great differences in 24 hours urinary protein.Conclusion The Ye＇s fourth kidney decoction can effectively decrease the urinary protein of chronic nephritis patient with the kidney and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.
