冠心病患者外周血血细胞膜表面组织因子的表达与活性的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨外周血中单核细胞和血小板膜表面组织因子(TF)在冠心病患者的表达、活性的变化及其临床意义。方法流式细胞术(FCW)检测28例冠心病患者外周血单核细胞及血小板膜表面TF的阳性表达率,采用发色底物法检测外周血单核细胞及血小板膜表面TF的活性,并与26例正常对照者进行比较。结果冠心病患者外周血中单核细胞和血小板膜表面TF表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),单核细胞和血小板膜表面TF活性亦明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 TF是凝血途径的启动因子,冠心病患者血细胞膜表面TF的表达及活性增强,提示血细胞来源的TF可能参与冠心病病理血栓的形成。
