摘要
内场精度试验是光学测角系统研制过程中的一项重要试验,内场试验设备的误差对试验结果有一定的影响。本文按照光学测角系统和内场试验设备的工作原理,分析了引起内场测角试验误差的主要来源,根据推导的内场试验误差模型,对光学测角系统内场试验精度进行了仿真分析,并就如何减少试验系统误差进行了探讨。
Accuracy testing is an important test during the manufacturing of the optical angle measurement system.The testing facility's error affects the experiment result.In this paper,equipment errors are analyzed based on the principles of optical angle measuring system and accurate testing measurment.An error model is developed and the accureacy of optical angle measuring system is simulated with this model.Finally,the possibele methods of reducing testing equipment errors are proposed.
