以多器官功能衰竭为主要表现的热射病临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨以多器官功能衰竭为主要表现的热射病的临床特点与治疗。方法回顾性分析12例以多器官功能衰竭为主要表现的热射病患者的临床资料。结果 12例患者经综合治疗,11例(91.67%)患者于入院后48 h内苏醒,1例(8.37%)死亡。平均重症医学科住院时间7.4 d,症状好转转入其他相关科室治疗。结论热射病的成功救治重点在于器官功能保护,阻断恶性循环,及时纠正DIC和控制感染。
