摘要
以甜柿组培快繁为例对研究型实验室成本进行核算。结果表明:在不计基础建设费用的情况下,一年组培苗继代8代,电费占试验总成本的52.65%,为9393.6元;设备折旧费为5416元,占总成本的30.36%;培养基成本较低,为1031.05元,占总成本的5.78%。从各项成本所占比例中可以看出,在用电费用上节省成本具有很大的潜力。
The cost of rapid propagation in laboratory was studied by using sweet persimmon.The results showed that under the condition of ignoring capital construction cost,when the tube plantlets was cultured in normal condition and the subculture time was 8 in a year,electricity charge was 9 393.6 yuan,which accounted for 52.65% of the total cost;equipment depreciation cost was 5 416 yuan,and accounted for 30.36%;medium cost was low and it was 1 031.05 yuan,and accounted for 5.78%.From the proportion occupied by every capital,it was found that there was very great potential to save the capital in electricity charge.
