摘要
给出了具有 5,10,15,20 根管的管排在 103<Ra<104,l/d=2,3,4,5,6 范围内单侧受限管排的自然对流情况,流态假设为层流。数值计算结果表明:(1)单侧面受限管排的自然对流换热同时受到瑞利数 Ra、管与管及管与壁面距离和圆管外直径之比(l/d)及管数 n 的影响。(2)壁面对排首圆管有不同程度的强化换热作用。
Numerical simulation was performed for the natural convection from one-side limited arrays of vertically separated horizontal cylinders with 5, 10, 15, 20 tubes, Ra number range from 10^3to 10^4, Ud=2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and the flow is laminar. The major results are as follows: (1) All the Ra number, quantity of separation distance between cylinders to tube diameter and tube numbers have effect on the natural convection heat transfer. (2) The wall would increase the heat transfer of the first row with varying degrees.
