摘要
目的总结蜂蜇伤的临床诊断治疗体会。方法回顾性分析我院2001～2010年收治70例蜂蜇伤患者的院前急救,院内救治的临床资料,详细分析各患者的治疗方案、临床表现、预后。结果痊愈65例,死亡5例,住院时间4～7d,平均8.4d。结论蜂蜇伤可导致过敏性休克,同时可致心脏、肝脏、肾脏、血液、神经系统多器官功能损害,早期积极进行综合治疗可提高治愈率。
Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of bee stings around.Methods Retrospective since 2001～2010 bee stings around 70 cases were treated with first-aid treatment,hospital clinical data of each case,a detailed analysis of the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis.Results 65 patients recovered,5 cases died,hospitalization time 4～7 days,the average 8.4 days.Conclusion The bee stings around anaphylactic shock,also can cause heart、liver、kidneys、blood、nerve system organ damage and early treatment can improve the active cure.
