摘要
应用ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ的生物学检测法测定５８例Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＤＭⅡ）患者血ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ水平变化。结果：ＩＬ－６为２３６±２３．６４ｋｕ／Ｌ，ＴＮＦ为４１５±２４．１６ｋｕ／Ｌ，非常显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。经治疗后，两者均明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００２，Ｐ＜０．０２），但仍显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。表明ＤＭⅡ患者ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ水平均显著高于正常人，可能与ＤＭⅡ的发病有关。
To investigate the relationship between IL-6,TNF and DM. Using the bioassay methods of IL-6 and TNF,we have studied the changes of serum IL-6 and TNF levels in 58 patients with DM.Results:In normal controls,serum levels of both IL-6 and TNF are lower than 5 ku/L.In patients with DM,the serum concentration of IL-6 is 23623.64ku/L,and that of TNF is 41524.16ku/L ( s) .Both of them are higher than those in the control group ( P<0.001 ).After the proper treatment,serum IL-6 and TNF levels in DM patients decreased significantly.The concentration of serum IL-6 is down to 14424.32ku/L (P<0.002 ) and the level of serum TNF is 34250.79ku/L (P<0.02 ).But they are still higher than those in normal control group (P<0.001) .Increased levels of serum IL-6 and TNF may be related to the pathogenesis of DM.
