摘要
探讨家免肠系膜上动脉夹闭休克再灌注时，输注中药救脱Ⅱ号注射液的抗脂质过氧化作用和保护细胞的效应。结果显示：再灌注２ｈ时，救脱Ⅱ号组红细胞ＳＯＤ活性显著高于对照组及多巴胺组（Ｐ均＜０．０１），血浆ＬＤＨ总酶活性显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。再灌注４ｈ（或动物死亡）时，救脱Ⅱ号组红细胞ＳＯＤ活性显著低于对照组及多巴胺组（Ｐ均＜０．０１），血浆ＬＤＨ总酶活性显著低于对照组及多巴胺组（Ｐ分别＜０．０１和＜０．０５），心组织匀浆中ＭＤＡ含量显著低于对照组及多巴胺组（Ｐ分别＜０．０５和＜０．０１），肝、肾组织匀浆中ＭＤＡ含量显著低于多巴胺组（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。电镜观察结果，３组均示肝损害明显，心、肾损害相对较轻；救脱Ⅱ号组病理损害较对照组及多巴胺组轻，且为可逆性改变。
To investigate the effect of venous injection of Jiutuo on antilipoperoxidation and cellular pretection after reperfusion in the rabits with shock induced by superior mesenteric artery occlusion.Results:Erythrocyte SOD activity was markedly higher in the group of Jiutuo than that in the controls and dopamine group 2 hours after reperfusion ( P<0.01).TBZTotal enzyme activity of plasma LDH was also higher in the group of Jiutuo than in the controls.Erythrocyte SOD activity was markedly lower in the group of Jiutuo than that in the controls and dopamine group 4 hours after reperfusion or when the animals were dead (P<0.01) . Total enzyme activity of plasma LDH was significantly lower in the group of Jiutou than that in the controls and dopamine group ( P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).Content of MDA in heart homogenate in the group of Jiutuo was lower than that in the controls and dopamine group ( P<0.05 and X]P<0.01 respectively).Content of MDA in liver and kidney homogenate in the group of Jiutuo was significantly lower than that in the dopamine group (P<0.05) .Observation by electronic microscope showed notable liver impairment and relatively mild heart and kidney impairment in 3 groups and that the pathologic alternations in the group of Jiutuo,which was reversible was milder than those in the controls and dopamine group.
