摘要
采用小鼠移植性肿瘤病理模型，观察云芝糖肽（ＰＳＰ）对Ｓ－１８０Ａ荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用和对生命延长率的影响。结果：ＰＳＰ２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ腹腔给药，抑瘤率为３４．８５％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；１０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ口服给药，抑瘤率为３２．９９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；连续腹腔给药２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，１周后腹腔接种Ｓ－１８０Ａ，生命延长率达４４．６２％。表明ＰＳＰ能有效地抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长，可明显延长Ｓ－１８０Ａ腹水小鼠的存活期。
Established the experimented animal model of transplanted sarcoma-180 (S-180) in Kuming mice,and observed the inhibitory effect on transplanted S-180 and the life span of the tubmor carring mice.The results showed that PSP posse a significant inhibitory effect on transplanted S-180 in Kuming mice,and the inhibition rate after intraperitoned injection of 25mg/kg of the drug was 34.85%,oral administration of 1000mg/kg of the drug was 32.99%.PSP was given at a dosage of 25mg/kg intraperitoneally one week before the transplantation of ascitic S-180,it showed that the PSP could prolong the life span of the mice,and the prolong life rate was 44.62%.
