摘要
采用三种疼痛实验模型，观察剂量变化对川乌、白芍配伍前后镇痛作用的影响。结果表明：剂量增大，川乌、白芍配伍前后的镇痛作用和镇痛增效作用也明显增强，剂量与作用有正相关效应。尤其是小剂量配伍组，减少川乌用量后镇痛效果仍强于或等于大剂量单味川乌组。
Three kinds of experimental Pain patterns
were adopted to observe the analgesia effect of dosage change of Sichuan aconite root
despensing Radix Paeoniae Alba The results showed that the analgesia effect and the
accumulating time delay effect of analgesia were strengthened as the dosage of the two
herbs were increased,which the correlation between analgesia effect and dosage was
positive The analgesia effect of low dosage group of compatibility of the two herbs is
superior(or similar) to high dosage group of single ingredient of Sichuan aconite root
