摘要
在研究网络环境下大坝安全评价专家系统的设计思想及开发技术基础上，采用了基于 Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／ Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ 网络体系的“一机四库”系统结构，并论述了该系统各部分的组成、功能、相互连接及实现方法．
A general system structure which consists of an inference engine, a method base, a knowledge base, a graph base and a data base based on PC based client/server distributed network is presented. By use of this expert system, the observation, analysis, inference and assessment can be done quickly and automatically. The function, content, management of each part and the connection among them are introduced.
