摘要
变态混凝土的出现至今不到10 年, 但发展迅速, 其施工工艺也日臻完善。江垭大坝在施工过程中广泛地运用了变态混凝土, 将其使用范围由模板、电梯井、埋设件等周边扩大到了岸坡和止水片的周边。为了保证工程质量达到设计要求, 采取了配合比先在室内试验, 后到现场试用, 务必使其物理力学性能满足使用部位混凝土的设计要求; 设立集中制浆站确保灰浆质量; 施工工艺操作规范化; 用强力振捣使之密实等措施, 并取得了满意的效果。
The metamorphic concrete originates from our country. Although it is less than 10 years old, its development is quick and its construction technique also becomes better and approaching perfection day by day. In the construction of Jiangya dam, the metamorphic concrete was widely used in the surrounding parts of form plate, elevator shaft and embedded parts and was extended to the parts of bank slope and waterstop strip. Its use in Jiangya dam has gained very good effects. In order to guarantee the project quality to reach the requirements of the design, the following measures have been adopted. Its mix proportion is firstly tested indoors and then used in field as to make its physical and mechanical properties meet the design requirements. The centralized slurry plant was established to guarantee the quality of slurry. The construction technique was operated in a standard way and the strong vibration was adopted to ensure its compaction requirements.
