摘要
基于牛血红蛋白(Hb)具有模拟过氧化氢酶的催化特性,建立了一种催化褪色光度法测定H2O2的新方法。研究了pH值、KI、Hb、罗丹明6G用量及常见离子等因素对体系的影响。在526nm处,H2O2的浓度在9.72×10-7~1.94×10-5mol/L范围内与吸光度降低值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9923,方法的检出限为9.17×10-7mol/L。该法可用于雨水及消毒液中H2O2含量的测定,结果令人满意。
A new fading spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of H2O2 by oxidation decolorization based on the catalytic activity of hemoglobin as mimetic peroxidase.In this study,the influences of pH,KI,hemoglobin,rhodamine 6G concentration and the interference of foreign substances on the determination were examined.Under optimal experimental conditions,H2O2 concentration in the range of 9.72×10-7~1.94×10-5 mol/L is linearly correlated to the decreasing absorption value with the correlation coefficient of 0.9923,and the detection limit is 9.17×10-7 mol/L.This method was applied to the analysis of H2O2 in rainwater and disinfector samples with satisfactory results.
