摘要
从项目管理信息化需求出发,介绍了项目信息化管理的任务和流程,分析了信息管理对项目管理的影响。对如何建立项目信息管理制度,如何设计项目管理信息系统的具体功能进行了论述;并结合常用的项目管理信息系统,如P3/P3E、Project、梦龙项目管理系统等,分析了项目管理在信息系统中的应用步骤。
Starting with the requirements of project management informatization,we introduce the tasks and processes of project information management,and analyze the impact of information management on project management.It is discussed how to create project information management system and design specific functions of project management information system,and combining common project management information systems such as P3/P3E,Project and Magnum project management,the application steps of project management in information system are analyzed.
